Kaleb's 5 Months Old!

I can't believe it's already been 5 months! Here are a few pictures of Kaleb the past few weeks. Here he is hanging out with Maverick in the back yard.

I put him down on his back in the middle of his play gym, went to make his breakfast, and came back to this...he's rolling over all the time now and he loves it. After he rolls over, he always looks to see if you were watching and gives this big smile. He's so proud!

Friday morning this is what I walked into... I guess he decided he liked sleeping on his belly. (And look how he pulled those knees under him. I'm afraid he'll be crawling very soon!)

And my favorite of all... I finally got a picture of those two front teeth!

Kaleb's trip to Galveston...

Today we all loaded up in the car and took a short drive down to Galveston for the day. The weather was perfect. We got to enjoy some great seafood and feed the seagulls. Kaleb did very well, as you can see, he is sitting up in his high chair now and having fun riding in his stroller weaving trough all the shops along The Strand.

Kaleb met the Houston Texan cheerleaders last night!

rice cereal...yum, yum!

Kaleb finally got to eat some "real" food! Sunday we gave him his first bowl of rice cereal! He was so excited about it and knew exactly what to do. Most of it went down after a few tries. Here's daddy feeding Kaleb. Kaleb wouldn't sit back in his chair. He would lean for the spoon before you could get it out of the bowl.He wasn't finished when the cereal was gone and decided to lick the bowl!Such a happy baby with cereal all over him!After finishing his meal, Kaleb and mommy took a long nap on the couch!

Kaleb's always chewing on that finger. My guess is there are some teeth trying to come in!
Here he is at his 4 month check-up. Kaleb weighed in at 20 lbs 1 oz and was 26.25" long. And in case you're wondering, that's above the 99th percentile! We don't know where he gets it.

Sunday was a beautiful day, so we spent some time outside in the swing.

4 months!

Kaleb is four months old today! God has blessed us with such an amazing bundle of joy. We had so many great pictures we wanted to share, we had to put together a slide show for you all to enjoy.
